SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Partners:
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees or other reliable logistics providers, depending on serviceability and availability.

Delivery Timeline:
Estimated delivery time is generally between 3–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Information:
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, SMS or email. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Serviceability:
We deliver across thousands of serviceable pincodes in India. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable at all times.
