Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Partners:
We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees or other reliable logistics providers, depending on serviceability and availability at the delivery location.

Delivery Timeline:
Estimated delivery time is usually between 3–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, regional restrictions or unforeseen logistics delays.

Tracking Information:
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, SMS or email. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is returned due to non-availability, incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Serviceability:
We currently deliver across thousands of serviceable pincodes within India. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable at all times.
